New car market in Romania: March, 2014 figures are released

The latest statistical bulletin has been published by Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association in Romania. In March 2014, there were 7,467 new cars and LCVs supplied to dealers.

There were 6,357 new passenger cars delivered.
Leading brands
Dacia: 2,013 units
Škoda: 646 units
Volkswagen: 601 units
Renault: 375 units
Ford: 324 units
Opel: 310 units
Toyota: 239 units
Peugeot: 235 units

There were 1,110 LCVs delivered
Leading brands:
Dacia: 275 units
Ford: 146 units
Mercedes-Benz: 134 units*
Renault: 126 units
