New Car Market in Romania: February, 2025 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 12780 new light vehicles registered in Romania in February, 2025. CY2025 registrations amount to 25503 units (PC: 23462 units, LCV: 2041 units)

There were 11713 new passenger cars registered in February.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 3531 units
Toyota: 992 units
Škoda: 877 units
Volkswagen: 843 units
Renault: 741 units
Ford: 620 units
Hyundai: 560 units

There were 1067 new LCVs registered in February.
Leading brands:
Ford: 347 units
Iveco: 131 units
Volkswagen: 119 units
Fiat: 109 units
Peugeot: 107 units
Renault: 68 units
