New Car Market in Romania: September, 2024 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 9909 new light vehicles registered in Romania during September, 2024. CY2024 total amounts to 127802 units (PC: 114163 units, LCV: 13639 units)

There were 8965 new passenger cars registered in September.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 2129 units
Hyunda: 846 units
Toyota: 815 units
Škoda: 625 units
Volkswagen: 600 units
Renault: 490 units
Ford: 415 units
Mercedes: 402 units

There were 944 new LCVs registered in September.
Leading brands:
Ford: 315 units
Renault: 210 units
Mercedes: 89 units
Fiat: 81 units
Iveco: 73 units
Volkswagen: 55 units
