New Car Market in Romania: January, 2024 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 13915 new light vehicles registered in Romania during January, 2024.

There were 12429 new passenger cars registered in January.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 3839 units
Toyota: 980 units
Škoda: 884 units
Hyundai: 851 units
Renault: 767 units

There were 1486 new LCVs registered in January.
Leading brands:
Renault: 570 units
Ford: 278 units
Volkswagen: 137 units
Iveco: 135 units
Mercedes: 124 units
