New car market in Russia: July, 2022 figures are released

According to the AEB Automobile Manufacturers Committee (AEB AMC), sales of new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Russia decreased by 74.9% in July 2022 compared to the same month of the preceding year. A total of 32,412 units were sold last month; 96,819 units less than in July 2021.

Top 10 brands in July, 2022:
Lada: 10,323 units
Kia: 3,903 units
Hyundai*: 3,394 units
GAZ*: 2,843 units
Haval: 1,973 units
Geely: 1,902 units
UAZ*: 1,788 units
Renault*: 1,656 units
Škoda: 635 units
Volkswagen: 538 units

*LCV sales are included into total brand's sales.
