New Car market in Romania: August, 2020 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 12318 new light vehicles registered in Romania during August, 2020.

There were 11047 new passenger cars registered in August.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 3722 units
Volkswagen: 892 units
Renault: 752 units
Škoda: 742 units
Toyota: 616 units

There were 1271 new LCVs registered in August.
Leading brands:
Ford: 230 units
Dacia: 165 units
Volkswagen: 136 units
Iveco: 133 units
Opel: 119 units
