New car market in Bulgaria: August, 2018 figures are released

According to data released by the Bulgarian government, new light vehicle registrations amounted to 3995 units in August, 2018. During the first eight months of 2018 new registrations amounted to 28268 units (PC: 20428 units, LCV: 7840 units).

There were 2936 passenger cars registered in August.
Leading brands:
Nissan: 671 units
Volkswagen: 375 units
Toyota: 277 units
Renault: 159 units
Peugeot: 136 units

There were 1059 LCVs registered in August.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 299 units
Škoda: 231 units
Ford: 91 units
Renault: 82 units
Peugeot: 74 units
