New car market in the Czech Republic: May, 2017 figures are released

According to data, released by the Car Importers Association in the Czech Republic there were 28,645 new light vehicles registered in the Czech Republic during May, 2017. Total new registrations between January-May, 2017 amounted to 125,351 units (PC: 117,811 units; LCV: 7540 units)

There were 27,008 new passenger cars registered in May.
Leading brands:
Škoda: 9112 units
Volkswagen: 2554 units
Ford: 1761 units
Hyundai: 1734 units
Dacia: 1490 units

There were 1637 new LCVs registered in May.
Leading brands:
Fiat: 232 units
Peugeot: 232 units
Renault: 191 units
Volkswagen: 176 units
Ford: 173 units
