New car market in Romania: January, 2017 figures are released

The latest statistical bulletin has been published by Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association in Romania. In January, 2017 there were 6998 new cars and LCVs supplied to dealers.

There were 5941 new passenger cars delivered in January.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 1491 units
Volkswagen: 916 units
Škoda: 662 units
Ford: 498 units
Renault: 381 units

There were 1057 new LCVs delivered in January.
Leading brands:
Ford: 233 units
Renault: 202 units
Dacia: 136 units
Volkswagen: 99 units
Fiat: 96 units
