New car market in Macedonia: August, 2016 figures are released

According to data published by the Automotive Importers Association of the Republic of Macedonia and other sources, there were 458 new light vehicles sold in Macedonia in August, 2016 (excluding Hyundai, Mazda, BMW and Mercedes)
Between January and August, 2016, total new light vehicle sales in Macedonia amounted to 3,614 units (3,138 passenger cars and 476 units of LCVs).

There were 399 new passenger cars sold in August.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 64 units
Škoda: 58 units
Volkswagen: 50 units
Ford: 39 units
Kia: 35 units

There were 59 new LCVs sold in August.
Leading brands:
Fiat: 17 units
Citroën-Volkswagen: 10-10 units
Peugeot: 9 units
