New car market in Serbia: August, 2016 figures are released

According to data released by Auto magazine and the Serbian Association of Vehicle and Part Distributors there were 1900 new cars and light commercial vehicles sold in Serbia during August, 2016. Between January-August, 2016 total sales amounted to 18,134 units (15,913 units of PC and 2221 units of LCV)

There were 1610 new passenger cars sold in August.
Leading brands:
Fiat: 269 units
Škoda: 233 units
Hyundai: 161 units
Opel: 109 units
Renault: 106 units

There were 290 LCVs sold in August.
Leading brands:
Fiat: 83 units
Renault: 72 units
Volkswagen: 39 units
Opel: 30 units
Ford: 18 units
