New car market in Slovenia: August, 2016 figures are now available

According to data released by Ministry of Interior, there were 4701 new light vehicles registered in Slovenia during August, 2016. During the first eight months of 2016 total registrations of new light vehicles amounted to 50,512 units (45,232 units of PC, 5280 units of LCV).

There were 4156 passenger cars registered in August.
Leading brands:
Volkswagen: 624 units
Renault: 450 units
Škoda: 341 units
Opel: 293 units
Ford: 285 units

There were 545 LCVs registered in August.
Leading brands:
Renault: 106 units
Volkswagen: 79 units
Ford: 70 units
Fiat: 61 units
Citroën: 56 units
