New car market in Romania: June, 2016 figures are released

The latest statistical bulletin has been published by Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association in Romania. In June, 2016 there were 14,043 new cars and LCVs supplied to dealers. During the first six months of 2016 total figures amounted to 56,340 units (7898 units of LCV, 48,442 units of PC).

There were 12,559 new passenger cars delivered in June.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 4583 units
Renault: 1290 units
Škoda: 1041 units
Volkswagen: 1027 units
Ford: 545 units

There were 1484 new LCVs delivered in June.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 317 units
Ford: 285 units
Fiat: 175 units
Mercedes-Benz: 147 units
Renault: 133 units
