New car market in Russia: March, 2016 figures are released

According to the AEB Automobile Manufacturers Committee (AEB AMC), sales of new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Russia decreased by 10% in March 2016 compared to the same month of 2015. This March 125,917 units were sold; 13,968 units less than in March 2015.
Total sales in the first quarter of 2016 amounted to 319,092 cars.

Lada: 22,267 units
Kia: 12,334 units
Hyundai*: 11,009 units
Renault*: 9,448 units
Nissan*: 8,614 units
Toyota*: 8,237 units
Volkswagen: 6,007 units
Škoda: 4,820 units
GAZ*: 4,716 units
UAZ*: 4,437 units

*LCV sales are included into total brand's sales.
