New car market in Romania: February, 2016 figures are released

The latest statistical bulletin has been published by Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association in Romania. In January, 2016 there were 7,598 new cars and LCVs supplied to dealers.During the first two months of 2016 total figures amounted to 13,578 units.

There were 6,425 new passenger cars delivered in February.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 1994 units
Volkswagen: 740 units
Škoda: 670 units
Renault: 372 units
Ford: 321 units
There were 1,173 new LCVs delivered in February.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 182 units
Ford: 176 units
Mercedes-Benz: 140 units
Renault: 128 units
Fiat: 120 units
