Wolters Europe May Build New Plant in the Czech Republic

PRAGUE, Czech Republic - Wolters Packaging Czech s.r.o., a subsidiary of Dutch plastics processing company Wolters Europe, is reportedly considering building a new production plant in Kostenice in the Czech Republic. The company did not elaborate, but according to Czechinvest, construction work should start this year and be completed by 2012. The planned development will comprise some 12,000 m2.

Wolters Europe operates facilities in the Netherlands and in Hungary as well as in the Czech Republic. The company produces plastic foams and packaging for the automotive, construction, electronics and other industries.
