The subsidy on training was allocated from the European Social Fund and the State Budget of the Czech Republic. Grant funding is provided to support educational programs designed to enhance employees’ expertise and adaptability, to support retraining job opportunities, to increase work performance and teamwork efficiency.
Inteva Products Czech Republic a.s. employs approximately 530 people at the Liberec plant which has been in operation since 1993. The facility produces door modules, window regulators, latches and roof systems including rollos and sunroofs. The facility serves many of the world’s major automakers including Skoda, Volkswagen, PSA, Renault and Daimler.
Besides the Czech unit, Inteva has four other operations in Central and Eastern European countries (Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia).
