Germany’s Buhlmann Opens New Site in the Czech Republic

German supplier Buhlmann has inaugurated its new plant in Tuchomerice, Czech Republic. The company has moved all activities of its local subsidiaries MUT Automotive s.r.o. and MUT Tubes s.r.o., i.e. the production from a rented hall near Pribram and administration from offices in Prague to the new manufacturing, warehouse and administrative centre. The Tuchomerice-based facility covers an area of 4 thousand square meters and is located on a 29 thousand square metre site. It will process 500 tons of material per month.

Buhlmann Group came to the Czech Republic in 2006, founding the company MUT Automotive, which specializes in manufacturing of steel pipes, tubes and profiles for the automotive industry. MUT Automobile and MUT Tubes together currently employ 55 people.
