AvtoVAZ Launches Pilot Production of the Lada Granta

AvtoVAZ started pilot production of the Lada Granta sedan, on June 16th, and assembled 15 units in the first week of production. As earlier announced, serial production of the Granta is planned to be started in October, while sales of the new model will commence in December.
The Granta will be available in three trim levels (standard, norma and lux) and with three petrol engine options (1.6l 84hp, 1.6l 90hp and 1.6 16V 98hp), all connected to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
