New car market in Romania: September, 2015 figures are released

The latest statistical bulletin has been published by Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association in Romania. In September, 2015 there were 9,539 new cars and LCVs supplied to dealers.
In the first nine months of 2015, sales of new light vehicles in Romania amounted to 69,612 units (61,453 units of PC and 10,616 units of LCV).

There were 7,243 new passenger cars delivered in September 2015.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 2,765 units
Škoda: 762 units
Volkswagen: 716 units
Renault: 489 units
Ford: 464 units

There were 1,380 new LCVs delivered in September, 2015
Leading brands:
Mercedes-Benz: 207 units
Dacia: 202 units
Ford: 190 units
Ford: 176 units
Fiat: 137 units
