New car market in the Czech Republic: August, 2015 figures are released

According to data, released by the Car Importers Association in the Czech Republic there were 19,478 new light vehicles registered in the Czech Republic during August, 2015.
In the first eight months of 2015, total new car registrations in the Czech Republic amounted to 163,633 units (10,680 units of LCV and 152,953 units of PC)

There were 18,277 new passenger cars registered in August.
Leading brands:
Škoda: 5,057 units
Hyundai: 1,957 units
Volkswagen: 1,832 units
Ford: 1,516 units
Opel: 1,059 units

There were 1,201 new LCVs registered in August.
Leading brands:
Ford: 193 units
Peugeot: 159 units
Citroen: 146 units
Renault: 143 units
Fiat: 142 units
