New car market in Russia: June, 2015 figures are released

According to the AEB Automobile Manufacturers Committee (AEB AMC), sales of new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Russia decreased by 29,7% in June 2015 compared to the same period of 2014. This June 140,161 units were sold; 59,237 units less than in June, 2014.
In the first half of 2015, 782,094 new cars and LCVs were sold in Russia.

Top 10 brands in June, 2015:
Lada: 26,416 units
Kia: 13,928 units
Hyundai*: 12,289 units
Renault*: 9,986 units
Nissan*: 8,916 units
Toyota*: 8,495 units
Volkswagen: 6,769 units
GAZ*: 6,115 units
Chevrolet: 4,712 units
Škoda: 4,405 units

*LCV sales are included into total brand's sales.
