New car market in Romania: May, 2015 figures are released

The latest statistical bulletin has been published by Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association in Romania. In May, 2015 there were 11,001 new cars and LCVs supplied to dealers.
In the first five months of 2015, sales of new light vehicles in Romania amounted to 40,456 units.

There were 9,971 new passenger cars delivered in May,2015.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 3,947 units
Volkswagen: 1,065 units
Škoda: 750 units
Renault: 681 units
Ford: 397 units

There were 1,030 new LCVs delivered in May, 2015
Leading brands:
Dacia: 280 units
Ford: 133 units
Fiat: 108 units
Renault: 107 units
Volkswagen: 81 units
